  1. Refresh carrots, potatoes, green chilies, green peas, red bell peppers. Combine vegetable oil, chopped onions, garlic and ginger and sauce in skillet over medium/low heat. Pour refreshed vegetables into skillet along with prepared tomato sauce. Add in salt, curry powder, whipping cream and bay leaf (optional). If it is too dry, add up to 1/2 cup water. Simmer about 5 minutes. Serve warm over brown rice.
